Daleel Qata'i 3 Cheezein hain:
1. Qur'an ki Aayat Jiske ma'na me A'immah ka Iqtilaf Na ho.
2. Hadees Mutawatir, Jis Hadees ke Raavi is Qadar Zyadah ho ke Un Sab ka Jhoota hona Aqlan Muhaal ho. Aur Ye Zyadati Shuroo' se Akheer Raavi tak har Tibqah me rahe.
3. Ijma'-e-Ummat se Jaise 5 Waqt ki Namaz.
FARZ ka MUNKAR KAAFIR hai. Bila Uzr chhorne wala FAASIQ aur AZAAB-E-ALEEM KA MUSTAHIQ hai.
FARZ KI 2 QISMEIN HAIN:
1. FARZ-E-AYN: Ya'ni Jiska adaa karna Har Shaqs par Zaroori ho. Jaise Namaz, Rozah, Zakath, Hajj, Islami Aqaa'id aur Farz Ibadaton ka seekhna. Isko bila Uzr chhorne wala FAASIQ aur GUNAH-GAAR hai.
2. FARZ-E-KIFAAYAH: Jo Ek 2 Aadmiyon ke adaa karne se Sab ke Zimmah se Utar Jaayega. Koi bhi Na kare to Sab Gunahgaar honge Jaise Namaz-e-Janazah, Aalim-e-Deen banna.
NAMAZ KE FARAA'IZ: se matlab Wo Cheezein hain ke Inke Chhoot Jaane se Namaz Nahi hoti. Aur Namaz Lautaana FARZ hota hai.
WAAJIB: Wo Hukm hai Jiska Lazoom DALEEL ZANI se saabit ho.
Daleel Zani 3 Cheezein hain:
1. Qur'an ki Aayat Jiske ma'ne me Doosra bhi Ahtemaal (possibility) ho.
2. Aisi Hadees Jiske Raavi bohat Na ho ke TAWATUR ke darjah ko Pohnche.
3. Qiyaas Ahle Ijtihaad.
Waajib ki misaal FARZ Namaz ki Jama't, Eidein ki Namaz waghera.
3. Ijma'-e-Ummat se Jaise 5 Waqt ki Namaz.
FARZ ka MUNKAR KAAFIR hai. Bila Uzr chhorne wala FAASIQ aur AZAAB-E-ALEEM KA MUSTAHIQ hai.

NAMAZ KE WAAJIBAAT: Ka Hukm Ye hai ke Jiska Namaz me Adaa Karna Zaroori hai. Isko Qasdan chhorne se Namaz to ho Jati hai magar NAAQIS Ya'ni MAKROOH-E-TEHREEMI, WAAJIB AL-I'AADAH hoti hai. Haan.! Agar Wajib bhoole se Chhoot Jaaye to Uske liye Sajdah Sahoo kaafi hota hai. Haan.! Agar Sajdah Sahoo Na kiya to Namaz Waqt ke andar Lautaani WAAJIB hai.
SUNNAT: Jis Cheez ko Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Ya Sahaba-e-Kiraam (rizwaanullahi ajma'een) ne Kiya ho Ya Karne ka Hukm diya ho.
SUNNAT ki 2 Qismein hain:
1. SUNNAT-E-MU'AKKIDAH: Wo Kaam Jise Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Aksar Karte rahe ho Ya Karne ke liye farmaya ho. Aur bila Uzr Kabhi Na Chhora ho Jaise SUBAH (FAJAR) ki Sunnatein. Iska Chhorna GUNAAH hai.
2. SUNNAT-E-GHAIR MU'AKKIDAH: Wo Kaam Jise Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne Aksar kiya ho, aur Kabhi bila Uzr Chhor bhi diya ho. Aisi SUNNAT ke chhorne se GUNAAH Nahi hota Jaisa ke Asar ki Sunnatein.
Phir SUNNAT ki Aur 2 Qismein hain.
1. SUNNAT-E-AYN: Jiska adaa karna Har Musalman ke liye Alhaidah Alhaidah Sunnat hai Jaise Aam Sunnatein.
2. SUNNAT-E-KIFAAYAH: Aisi Sunnat ke Agar Kuch Musalman adaa karein to Sab ki taraf se Adaaygi ho Jaaye Warna Sab par Sunnat Chhorne ka Baar rahega Jaise A'itekaaf.
NOTE# 1: Jis Sunnat ka Saboot Hadees-e-Mutawatir se ho Uska MUNKAR KAAFIR ho jata hai aur Jis Sunnat ka Saboot Hadees-e-Mash'hoor se ho Uska Munkar FAASIQ ho jata hai. Agar Sunnat ka saboot Hadees Ahaad se hai to Uske Munkar ko BID'ATI kehte hain. Agar Sunnat Ittifaqan TARK ho Jaye to Kuch HARJ Nahi. Agar Aadat Kar li to Uske TARK par Usko Malaamat karna chahiye. Wo Gumraah hai aur Shifa'at se Mehroom rahega.
NOTE# 2: Namaz me Sunnat-e-Mu'akkidah qasdan Ya sehvan chhoot Jaaye to Namaz Makrooh Tanzeehi hogi. Namaz ka I'aadah Ya'ni Dohraana Nahi hai, Albatta Sawaab Kam ho Jaayega.
MUSTAHAB: Jis kaam ke karne ka Sawaab Huzoor (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne bayaan farmaya ho, aur Us par Khud bhi amal kiya ho, aur Wo Ibadat ke Baab se ho Aadat ke Baab se Na ho. Mustahab ke karne me Sawaab hai, Na karne me Koi Azaab Nahi hai. Mustahab ka Munkar Na to Kafir hai Na Faasiq, Na Bid'ati. Haan Karne wala Sawaab aur Fazeelat ka Mustahiq hai.
MUBAAH: Wo Kaam Jiske Karne me Na Sawaab ho aur Na, Na karne me Gunaah ho.
NAFL: Jis cheez ki Fazeelat aayi ho aur Karne me Sawaab ho, aur Chhorne me Azaab Na ho, Nafl ko Mustahab, Mandoob aur Tatoo' bhi kehte hain.
HARAAM: Wo Kaam Jiski Hurmat aur Mukhalifat Daleel Qata'i se sabit ho Jaise Jhooti Gawaahi dena, Choghli, Chori, Sharaab peena, Sood lena, Rishwat, Juwa waghera.
HARAAM ka Munkar Kaafir ho jata hai, aur baghair Uzr ke Iska Murtakib FASIQ aur MUSTAHIQ Azaab wa Saza hota hai.
MAKROOH: Ya'ni Na-Gawaar (Na-Pasandeedah) aur Bura.
MAKROOH ki 2 Qismein hain:
1. MAKROOH-E-TEHREEMI: Jiski mumaani'at aur Na-Pasandeedgi Daleel Zani se ho. Aisa bura Kaam Jo Haraam ke qareeb qareeb ho. Makrooh-e-Tehreemi ka Munkar Kafir to Nahi hota lekin Amal me laane wale Fasiq aur Azaab ka Mustahiq hota hai.
2. MAKROOH-E-TANZEEHI: Tanziyah ke ma'na PAAK wa SAAF hain. Makrooh-e-Tanzeehi aisa Fa'l hai Jo Paak-baaz ko Nahi karna Chahiye. Ya'ni aisa bura Kaam Jiski buraayi ma'mooli ho, Shari'at me Ghair-Munaasib samjha jaata ho, Iska chhorna Achha hota hai, aur Karna PAAK-BAAZI ke khilaf hai. Bach Jaaye to Sawaab ka Mustahiq hota hai.
